Anna Danielsson

My name is Anna, I am 45 years old, and since 2024 I have been working as a tripsitter and psychotherapist.

I am driven by a fundamental curiosity and a strong life energy, and I feel most at home when I am able to explore, experience, and go deep. Philosophy, humanity, and the larger patterns of the universe have long been my primary fields of interest. To me, the world is more than what we can immediately see, and many of life’s most important questions lie beyond our ordinary everyday level of consciousness.

I grew up in the 1980s on a small farm in central Sweden, surrounded by nature, animals, and a diverse family life. With a Norwegian mother, a Finnish stepfather, and siblings of different cultural and ethnic backgrounds, I was early exposed to questions of identity, belonging, culture, and human diversity. This upbringing has shaped both my view of humanity and my professional perspective.

As an adult, I have lived in several countries, including England and Norway, leading a life marked by travel, experience, and exploration. This gave me the space to find my own identity, while also developing a deep respect for different cultures, worldviews, and ways of being human.

In our modern society, I experience that simply being human is often considered insufficient. Achievement is valued more highly than authenticity, and many lose touch with who they truly are. I wish to contribute to restoring acceptance of our shared humanity. As I see it, much suffering arises when we try to be something other than what we are meant to be. We are only human. And we do the best we can.

My path into psychotherapy and psychedelic work is grounded in both professional and personal experience. Before beginning my psychotherapy studies, I worked for more than 12 years in the healthcare system, primarily in psychiatry and addiction treatment. Alongside my studies, I began exploring psychedelics and their role in human cultures – driven by a persistent “why.” How could something so deeply human, historical, and natural become so stigmatized in modern times?

In recent years, my life has been marked by immersion, self-study, and practical experience in psychedelic psychotherapy. Each process has brought greater clarity, deeper understanding, and growing humility toward the work I am engaged in.

I experience this work as my calling – and as a choice that requires courage. I have chosen a practice that is controversial and uncertain, yet one that I believe holds great potential for insight, integration, and healing. My role is not to provide answers or formulas, but to be a safe, clear, and present guide for people who wish to explore their own truth. How I can help you, only you know. Your choices, your boundaries, and your path are yours. My intention is to support you through curiosity, uncertainty, challenges – and sometimes pain.

I work from a holistic understanding of the human being, where the physical, mental, and spiritual are seen as inseparably connected. Authenticity and genuineness are core values in my work, guiding both my practice and my life.

I offer individually tailored sessions in Norway and Sweden, either in a neutral setting or in nature-based surroundings at my home. From autumn 2026, I also plan to offer retreats with a particular focus on psychotherapy and the integration of insights into everyday life.

All love / lots of love.
