Topic: Psychedelic Therapy
Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy is in the process of moving from research into practice. Clinical studies, however, are subject to strict regulations that partly limit the kinds of experiences that can be explored. There is much to be said about working outside these boundaries – the advantage being the ability to work with a much larger number of clients presenting more diverse challenges. As a result, patterns emerge that remain invisible when working with small, homogeneous groups.
